What to Expect
On your first visit, Please bring with you a form of ID, your insurance card, and any x-rays you may have recently had taken. The new patient paperwork can be printed and filled out ahead of time to save you some time on your first visit. Your first visit at our office will include a detailed physical exam (digital x-rays if necessary) and if chiropractic care can benefit you we will begin care the same day. This appointment usually takes a little over an hour.
Your second visit will build on your first, answering any questions you may have and further discussing results and treatment from your first visit. The average follow-up appointment time is about 10 minutes, getting you back to your life and continuing your journey to better health.
We have many Payment Options including accepting all insurance plans and are in-network for most including Medicare and Medical Assistance and also provide a discount medical plan (ChiroHealthUSA) for those patients we are out of network with or those who wish to pay cash. We also offer a popular Sports Wellness Program and Chiropractic Wellness Plans.
